Cancelations, returns and refunds policy

Material goods

You have the right to cancel your order within 15 days without giving any reason to do so.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 15 days from the date you received the goods or from the date a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 15 days from the day we receive the returned products. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.

Astronomy activities

In the case of an order for an astronomical service, the cancellation period begins from the moment we confirm the date of the service and orders for astronomy activities can only be cancelled up to 5 days before the start of the activity.

In the event of cancellation by the client or due to adverse weather conditions, no refund will be issued. Instead, a voucher will be given, redeemable for an activity of the same nature as the one requested in the order and for the same number of participants. This voucher will not expire and is transferable.

Conditions for returns:

To ensure your products are eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 15 days

• The products are in a reusable condition.

The following products cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly customized.

• The supply of goods which by their nature are not suitable for return, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or which have passed their expiry date.

• The supply of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which, after delivery, according to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other elements.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returned goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. You must send the merchandise to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.
